We’re looking for a talented, highly motivated and experienced sales professional who will be responsible for continuing to drive growth of Stryker’s Foot & Ankle business as part of the West Midlands team.

Primarily you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for accounts within defined territory geography alongside two other team members.

You will represent Stryker as a leader in our industry and the marketplace by building and maintaining strong business relationships with key surgeons and HCP’s.

You will need to be capable of managing a high-volume activity, drive market growth in line with expectations and implement cross divisional strategy to capture new business growth.

This is a significant & fast-growing territory, there is huge potential across the territory both within the NHS and the private sector.

Ideally, you will live in a location situated on or close to this territory. The area covered is West Midlands.

What you need

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept in building relationships

  • Successful sales experience

  • Good working knowledge of anatomy and physiology

  • Experience in team working must be demonstrated

  • Workshop/demonstration skills/training skills

  • A full, valid UK drivers license
