Are you a driven, ambitious professional sales student or a student in a related business field looking to launch your career in the dynamic sports industry? We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team for a high-impact, 30-day engagement, running from August 4th to September 4th. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain invaluable, real-world experience in both B2B and B2C sales within a rapidly expanding market.

This is a unique chance to build a foundational understanding of sales, hone your skills, and make a tangible impact. You’ll be instrumental in marketing and selling the Fantasy+ Football app, with the potential for uncapped commissions based on your performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Market and Sell Fantasy+: Drive user acquisition by promoting the Fantasy+ Football app to businesses, organizations, and individual consumers.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the Fantasy+ (Your City) social media account, creating engaging content to build brand awareness and drive sign-ups. You’ll be responsible for a minimum of three acceptable social media posts per week.
  • Strategic Outreach: Identify and connect with potential large groups (companies, membership organizations) to introduce them to the unlimited player capacity of Fantasy+.

What You’ll Gain:

  • Diverse Sales Experience: Experience both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales, providing a broad and valuable skillset.
  • Expert Mentorship: Receive comprehensive training and weekly coaching from Steve Battista, a professional sales expert. Steve was a lecturer at the UCF professional sales program, a top performer in early career roles, started and sold his own business, and brings a wealth of knowledge to guide your development.
  • Performance-Based Earnings: While a fixed weekly stipend is provided, your earning potential is directly tied to your sales performance. You’ll receive $50 per week for 5 weeks, plus $2.50 per account created using your unique code. We project that a candidate can reasonably expect to earn between $1,000 and $2,000 during this 30-day period.
  • Direct Reporting to Leadership: You’ll report directly to our founder, Jared Battista, a finance graduate from Florida State University and a corporate finance analyst.
  • Tangible Metrics: Your success will be measured by the number of accounts created using your code and your social media engagement.
