  • Deliver training sessions and workshops on the use of our Communications products to nurses, healthcare practitioners, and surgeons.
  • Provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and support in the operation and use of Stryker’s Endoscopy Communication products.
  • Record customer details and maintain a basic business plan highlighting daily, weekly, and monthly goals, prioritizing and allocating resources effectively to grow your territory.
  • Attend surgeon training meetings, trade shows, and other internal and external events such as educational conferences to promote and increase visibility of our products.
  • Achieve territory financial targets through effective customer management and new business development.

What you need

  • Demonstrable sales experience, ideally within medical devices.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to build rapport and develop long-term relationships with clients.
  • Comfort working in emergency/operating room environments; no prior experience necessary.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong team player capable of working harmoniously with a diverse workforce.
  • Experience in capital sales is preferred.

What do we offer in return?

  • Opportunities to discover your strengths, follow your passion, and own your career.
  • In-house product training and field sales training.
  • Uncapped earning potential with a clear sales career path.
  • Quality products that improve lives.
  • A motivated team committed to achieving remarkable results.
  • Benefits including bonuses, commissions, healthcare, family and parenting leave, wellness programs, onsite gyms and restaurants, discount programs, and awards.
  • Role-specific tools such as a mobile phone, iPad, laptop, and a company car or allowance.
