Located on the Sunshine Coast, Naskam Security Services is a premier provider of integrated security solutions for residential, commercial, and government sectors. We partner with leading suppliers to offer exceptional Electronic Security & Monitoring services and are proud to be market leaders in our region.

We’re expanding our team and looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our Business Development Team at our Warana office. This is your chance to drive revenue growth, build valuable relationships, and make a real impact!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive revenue growth through identifying new business opportunities
  • Maintain and develop relationships with current clients
  • Explore opportunities to forge strategic partnerships and showcase our capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customised solutions
  • Utilise industry knowledge to deliver effective demonstrations and presentations
  • Consistently exceed client expectations through effective communication and support
  • Prepare and submit tenders and proposals
  • Remain current on developments in security systems, including alarms, access control and camera systems

Required Qualifications and Skills :

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of security alarm, access control and camera systems preferred
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in electronic security sales or service preferred
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning through industry events and trade shows
  • Security Provider License (Security Adviser) under the Office of Fair Trading – Queensland - application would need to be made on start of employment of the successful applicant if not already held
  • Experience with SimPro software is a plus but not essential; full training will be provided
