Key Responsibilities

  1. Build strategic partnerships with leading Electrical Design and Consulting firms to support our growth and retention objectives within the UK market.
  2. Secure product specifications for major projects across industries including Building, Renewables, Utilities, Data Centres, and Industrial Manufacturing.
  3. Evaluate the needs, behaviours, and pain points of key customer personas, monitor competitor actions, and trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
  4. Analyze competitor data to generate insights that enhance our market positioning and inform strategy.
  5. Showcase our offerings through meetings, presentations, webinars, lunch and learns, and other engagement strategies.
  6. Position our products and services effectively within the target market, emphasizing tailored value propositions and executing go-to-market plans.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  2. Several years of sales experience in Building, Renewables, Utilities, Data Centre, and Industrial Manufacturing industries, with a focus on electrical design.
  3. In-depth knowledge of power quality, RCM, energy management, and network systems, including fieldbus systems.
  4. Ability to write technical proposals, handle tenders, and deliver presentations.
  5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  6. Willingness to travel approximately 30-40% to support global clients and projects.
