Sales Representative – Dairy Feed - West Midlands / North Wales / Cheshire / Derbyshire (territory flexible for the right candidate)

SALARY: £40,000 - £45,000 Basic + £20,000 - £30,000 OTE + Company Car + Benefits

The Job:

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Representative specialising in dairy feed to join a long-established and growing agricultural feed business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded individual with a strong background in dairy farming and animal nutrition to manage and develop an established customer ledger.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of dairy farm accounts, as well as actively developing new business across your designated area. You’ll work closely with dairy producers, offering high-quality feed solutions, technical support and tailored advice to help improve herd performance and on-farm profitability.

• Proven experience in dairy feed or livestock/agricultural sales
• Strong knowledge of dairy farming systems, herd health and livestock nutrition
• Confidence in managing a customer ledger and driving territory growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A self-motivated, target-driven attitude with strong business development ability
• A genuine passion for supporting dairy farming customers

The Package:

• Basic Salary £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
