We’re Prolo, an AI-driven procurement startup transforming how construction companies source materials. With no setup costs, instant savings, and seamless ordering, our solution is a no-brainer for customers—and we need a driven Account Manager to help us scale.
As the first Sales Rep in our sales department, you will help to build the sales function, alongside our CEO.
We are working towards a clear ICP and effective scripts and sales collateral already in place but you’ll have influence over the development of our tools and processes.
Reaching out to potential customers and introducing our product will be an immediate focus, encouraging first orders and building long-term relationships for repeat orders.
You’ll be the first hire into our sales department but certainly not the last so it's likely you’ll help out with the onboarding, training and support of future hires in the sales team.
We have ambitious sales targets to hit over the next few months ahead of our Seed raise later this year.
A proven track record in a Sales Rep or Account Manager role within construction, builders' merchants, or similar industries.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Ambition, drive, and a self-starter mentality.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
The ability to spend at least 3 days onsite at our Paddington office.
Our product is very sticky and has little friction in adoption.
We have a simple and effective sales process.
You’ll be working closely with the CEO to develop the sales function.
