Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is partnering with a rapidly growing online design business in Mansfield. You will join as a Sales Representative with a design background to meet eight clients daily, designing bespoke bedrooms and presenting CAD proposals as part of the sales process.

All training on CAD software will be provided, with an uncapped commission scheme driving earnings beyond the base 26,000, and clear progression into senior roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with a focus on design sales.
• Willingness to learn CAD software and design processes.
• Ability to present CAD proposals to clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 8 clients a day to design and sell bespoke bedrooms.
• Handle inbound enquiries only, with no cold calling.
• Earn up to 50k+ with uncapped commission in addition to base salary.
• Receive full CAD training.
• Progression to senior positions within the company.
• Work 11:00–19:00, Monday–Friday; every other Saturday 10:00–14:00.

In this varied role, you'll receive comprehensive CAD training and full guidance on the company's digital systems, enabling you to deliver eight pre-booked online consultations per day. During these sessions, you'll create bespoke CAD designs that meet client needs and present your proposals confidently, with the opportunity to earn over 50k per year with uncapped commission.

The Role
