Job Description:

CWS Hygiene Ireland is seeking a result-driven Sales Representative/Account Executive to expand our customer base in Belfast and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Being part of the newly established Hygiene sales division.
  • Expanding our customer base through cold calling, prospecting, and engaging potential clients.
  • Presenting solutions and products effectively by listening and asking the right questions.
  • Preparing quotations and contracts.
  • Entering customer data into CRM systems.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Our customers range from local businesses like bars to large enterprises, sports clubs, airports, and more. If people are on-site, hygiene is a concern.

Ideal candidate:

  • Values personal and cultural fit within CWS.
  • Thrives in a fast-growing, innovative environment.
  • Sales experience is a plus but not required; full training provided.
  • Possesses a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and an outgoing personality.
  • Can act as both a Business Developer and Account Manager.
