Field Sales Representative - B2C Field Sales

My client, a successful telecoms company with over 10 years of growth, is expanding its team. They are looking for a Field Sales Advisor/Representative to join their team. The salary is £28k plus £55k OTE and fuel costs (vehicle owner required).

Role Overview:

As a Field Sales Representative, you will drive sales of internet services and raise awareness within a territory of 'internet service-connected' buildings. You will be the face of the brand, conducting face-to-face sales, delivering promotional materials, and building rapport with residents.

Requirements:

  • Experience in face-to-face sales and managing a territory.
  • Ability to explain services/products clearly and tailor your approach to customer needs.
  • Experience handling complaints and feedback.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
  • Ambitious with a positive attitude towards targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and improve conversion rates.
  • Complete daily scheduled visits.
  • Maximize every customer interaction.
  • Act as a brand ambassador.
  • Present product/service benefits clearly.
  • Gather customer feedback on brand, product, pricing, and competitors.
