Job summary

EE in Truro is hiring a Sales Advisor to join our lively contact centre. You’ll handle incoming calls from existing EE customers, helping them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and guide them through product options with a friendly, consultative approach.

We value outgoing, energetic people who listen well and enjoy solving problems. The role offers part-time hours (20 per week) with uncapped commission and benefits, plus opportunities to grow across EE and BT.

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You'll join a lively sales team in our Truro contact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
