Salary and Benefits:

£25,958 basic salary plus £5,000 bonus, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.

Role Overview:

Reporting directly into the Sales Support Leader, the Sales Representative will have the responsibility of executing our strategy to achieve consistent growth from our current customer base while also cultivating new business opportunities in our region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively managing and expanding a range of existing trade accounts and customers.
• Discovering and establishing connections with new customers.
• Dedicating allocated time to in-person meetings.
• Attaining desired sales growth whilst meeting predetermined KPIs.
• Collaborating closely with team members to uphold exceptional customer service.
• Providing comprehensive reports on customer activity to the sales support leader.
• Liaising with internal sales and delivery teams to ensure we are providing a market-leading service.
• Meeting sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Excellent working knowledge of the automotive trade parts industry.
• Familiarity with single and multisite end user workshops.
• Established success in field-based aftermarket parts sales.
• Dual capability: nurturing current business and securing new accounts.
• IT literate and ability to adapt to new systems (not essential).
• Professional demeanour, skilled in building cross-level relationships.
• Identifying existing, lapsed and new business opportunities within branch specific geographical areas, prioritising customer satisfaction.
