The Beckster Lifestyle is a lifestyle and dating coaching company, empowering people to build more fulfilling social lives. Our clients receive personally tailored training designed to equip them with skills for long-lasting personal transformation. We also have digital products for self-study that are sold to global audiences.

The founder and lead coach - Beckster - is one of the best-known names in the industry with more than two decades of experience in teaching both men and women from all walks of life. He is collaborating with some of the biggest names in the industry including Mystery (star of VH1's 'The Pick-Up Artist'), Ross Jeffries (inventor of Speed Seduction), Neil Strauss (author of 'The Game') and Tyler Durden (Co-founder of Real Social Dynamics).

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for business development activities like attracting new clients to our market-leading training programmes and strengthening relationships with existing clients. More importantly, you will be heavily contributing to the growth of our company by selling our digital programmes and physical training programmes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead generation
Maintaining existing and building new client relationships
Managing our CRM database
Answering queries about us and our products
Various other activities related to sales and relationship management

This is an internship position that is paid. Successful candidates can expect a permanent job offer. During the internship, you will have the chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that will challenge you to grow. You will be exposed to multiple facets of the business too, giving you an opportunity to expand your knowledge and skill. You will also have access to our world-leading, exclusive training content, which focuses on personal development and improving social and interpersonal skills.

Remuneration: sales commission based package. Exact percentages will be revealed in the process.


Qualifications
PERSON SPECIFICATION

We are looking for someone keen to learn on the job and willing to step out of their comfort zone. Someone with good written and verbal communication skills. Someone interested in self-development and lifestyle coaching - this job can give you the chance (if you choose to) to be trained by the world-famous coaches themselves, such as Beckster and Mystery.

Prior working experience is not essential but any roles related to sales or client relationships management will be highly beneficial.

Location - Mixed between home working and office. We would require you to work with the team in our office in Wandsworth 2-3 days a week.
