Are you a driven and adaptable Account Manager with a track record of building strong client relationships and delivering impactful results?

In this field-based position, you’ll represent the business at the frontline, playing a key role in a wider team of professionals across the country. Your focus will be on engaging with customers through thoughtful, consultative conversations—helping them enhance efficiency, safety, and long-term sustainability in their operations.

My client are offereing a competitive salary, uncapped bonus and great benefits. With the role being field based, a full driving license will be required as well as a company car being provided,

The role:

You'll spend much of your time out in the field, engaging directly with clients across your assigned territory to gain a clear understanding of their unique challenges. This insight will allow you to offer customised solutions that meet their specific requirements.

In addition to showcasing our cutting-edge technology and advanced software tools, you'll work on nurturing key accounts—building strong relationships and identifying fresh business opportunities along the way.

You’ll take ownership of your region’s sales operations, combining strategic planning with hands-on account management, all while leveraging the powerful capabilities of the Salesforce CRM platform to stay organised and effective.

The right candidate:

  • Have a full driving license and happy to travel within allocated region.
  • Ideally proven experience within a Sales environment (any industry)
  • Self driven attitude, resilient and confidence to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Motivated, and drive to achieve success
  • Passion to develop and learn
