We are seeking two Outbound Sales Representatives for a one-month temporary assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for calling businesses to secure heating oil orders, with an emphasis on fostering repeat business and building long-term customer relationships. You will also conduct research to identify and target key contacts within each business to optimise your outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to businesses to promote and secure heating oil orders.
  2. Conduct research to identify key contacts within target businesses for more effective outreach.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to encourage repeat business.
  4. Effectively communicate product benefits, pricing, and offers to prospective clients.
  5. Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to meet those needs.
  6. Record and manage customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
  7. Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in an outbound sales or telemarketing role is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct independent research to find key decision-makers and relevant business contacts.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude towards sales and customer service.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM systems.
