£30K base salary + Uncapped Commission - Realistic OTE £45K-60K

Key Responsibilities
  • Make 50-60 outbound calls daily to warm leads.
  • Present and explain product benefits clearly and confidently.
  • Schedule appointments for field sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM.
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Support the team with appointment rescheduling as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in telephone sales or business development roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Confidence and resilience in overcoming objections and closing deals.
  • A background or interest in mobility products is a plus.
