Position:

The Sales Representative assists the Owner in driving new membership sales by engaging potential members, building relationships, providing positive experiences, and guiding them through the sales process. The role also involves retaining current members and delivering excellent customer service. Experience in boutique fitness is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads, follow up, and close sales
  • Conduct studio tours, establishing relationships and understanding client goals
  • Maintain personal sales targets
  • Promote the club’s fitness and wellness objectives
  • Present services to current and prospective members
  • Schedule appointments to meet sales goals
  • Participate in community events to promote the studio
  • Develop selling skills
  • Handle transactions accurately
  • Follow up with prospective clients
  • Manage retail inventory
  • Complete training programs
  • Take photos for social media
  • Perform light cleaning duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
