Job description

Salary: £25,400 basic plus up to 50% bonus (plus benefits).

Role type: Permanent

Location: Stoke on Trent, in the office Monday - Friday.

Reporting to: Director of Customer Operations.

The Role

Founded to provide high-quality, customer-focused home and boiler care plans, YourRepair became part of Hometree in 2022. With expertise in plumbing and gas engineering, YourRepair offers fixed-price plans covering boilers, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems. Our UK-based, 24/7 support team ensures rapid response and peace of mind, with a no-insurance approach avoiding delays. We offer flexible start dates, nationwide coverage, and budget-friendly pricing, making us a trusted choice for home maintenance and repairs.

The Sales and Renewals Executive manages inbound sales inquiries and plan renewals, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving sales growth. The role requires strong commercial awareness, adaptability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction in a fast-paced contact center environment. Success involves achieving sales targets, utilizing CRM tools effectively, and collaborating with the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound sales inquiries, providing information and guidance to facilitate customer decisions.
  • Handle plan renewals, answering questions and encouraging continuation.
  • Achieve sales and renewal targets, contributing to team success.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness of products and market positioning.
  • Adapt to changing customer needs and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve strategies.
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to log interactions and track progress.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, company updates, and industry trends.

  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, articulate telephone manner, good grammar and spelling.
  • A dynamic salesperson used to high call volumes and thriving under pressure.
  • Adaptability and quick learning to evolve approaches and products.

Our Recruitment Process:

  • Initial Call: Introductory call with our Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 mins).
  • Skills-Based Interview: Detailed discussion with our Director of Customer Operations (1 hr).
