Job Description:

Driver Hire Ayrshire and Dumfries are seeking a full-time Sales Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team. Based in Ayrshire, this role involves regular travel for client visits, with the option to work from home when appropriate. We are looking for a motivated individual who can work well independently and as part of a team. Applicants should have experience in the full sales cycle and possess strong communication skills, both over the phone and in person, with candidates and clients.

The role offers a competitive salary, a bonus structure, an on-call allowance, and a company pension contribution.

Daily duties include:

  • Outbound sales calls
  • Building and maintaining a sales pipeline
