Sales Recruitment Consultant

Belfast City Centre

Salary: £26,500-£30,000 (OTE year 1 £35,000-£50,000)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building and growing B2B client relationships in the sales sector
  • Proactively generating new business through calls, outreach, and networking
  • Running a full 360° recruitment desk, owning client partnerships and candidate journeys
  • Head-hunting top talent and matching them with sales opportunities that fit
  • Negotiating offers, closing placements, and hitting commission-rich targets
  • Becoming a trusted voice in your sector by staying ahead of sales trends and market shifts

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in sales, B2B, telesales, or lead generation
  • Confident on the phone and motivated by smashing targets
  • Resilient, energetic, and hungry for recognition and rewards
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Looking for a long-term career where your success is in your hands
  • You've got a minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths & English
