The Role

We are looking for a Sales Receptionist to provide a first-class experience to members, prospective members, and visitors. You will assist in managing daily operations, focusing on selling new memberships and ensuring members have a great experience.

This is a part-time role with potential for full-time growth. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Your daily focus will involve:
  • Growing a pipeline of prospects, driving new sales, and retaining existing members
  • Creating an excellent first impression with a warm welcome, tidy appearance, and pleasant manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all members and guests
  • Greeting members and users, checking in members, verifying membership details
  • Registering prospective members and guiding them appropriately
  • Enrolling new members and assisting current members with queries
  • Providing information on classes and availability
  • Handling renewal and cancellation questions
  • Ensuring safety and security at all times
  • Managing telephone inquiries and supporting member retention calls
  • Recording and resolving queries, complaints, lost property, and repairs
  • Focusing on completing daily tasks, answering emails, and handling calls
  • Performing additional duties such as cleaning duties
