Job summary

Countryside Partnerships PLC, operating as Vistry Manchester & Cheshire East, is seeking a Sales Progressor for our Warrington office. You will progress reservations to exchange and legal completion within the company’s agreed timescales.

You will support the customer journey by maintaining regular communications with solicitors, mortgage brokers and estate agents, resolving issues promptly and ensuring accurate completions forecasting.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Progressor to join our team within Vistry Manchester & Cheshire East at our office in Warrington. As our Sales Progressor, you will progress reservations to exchange and legal completion within the company agreed timescales.

You will support the customer journey and effect timely exchanges through regular communications with solicitors, mortgage brokers and estate agents, dealing with issues promptly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will keep the business informed on all sales progress for accurate financial legal completions forecasting.
