Job description

Our client is a successful, award-winning independent agency based in South London. They are looking for a Sales Progressor to join their established office in Orpington. This role is available due to a successful last 6 months and ongoing expansion.

Working hours for the successful Sales Progressor:

  • 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

The successful Sales Progressor will be offered:

  • A competitive basic salary
  • Realistic OTE of £32,000 in the form of pool commission (the office is on track to exceed this)

Requirements to be considered for the Sales Progressor role:

  • Experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Sales Progressor

  • Living within a commutable distance to the office

Key tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee property transactions from offer acceptance to final completion
  • Support and advise clients throughout the sales journey
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and timely updates
  • Maintain clear communication via phone and email
  • Manage timelines effectively, working towards goals and deadlines
  • Proactively resolve issues to keep sales moving forward
  • Reassess and renegotiate sales terms when necessary
  • Follow up on outstanding documents, queries, and contracts
  • Aim to maximize pipeline conversion through strategic progression
