We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Progressor to coordinate the sales progression process across various tenure options, ensuring all documentation is accurately prepared and fully compliant with current legislation. This role is a key touchpoint in our customer journey—focused on achieving results while building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in residential property sales, estate agency, conveyancing, housebuilding, or shared ownership/housing associations. A deep understanding of the legal and procedural aspects of property transactions is essential. Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environments - such as new homes sales progression or real estate sales administration - will set you apart.

Your negotiation and problem-solving prowess will help you tackle challenges head-on and deliver creative solutions. With outstanding communication skills, you will engage seamlessly with teams, stakeholders, and customers. Plus, if you are tech-savvy, confident in CRM systems, and have advanced knowledge of Excel and Word, we want to hear from you.

Your Impact:

Coordinate Sales Progression: Handle the end-to-end process for various tenure options, ensuring smooth and efficient documentation and compliance with legislation.

Customer Excellence: Deliver an outstanding experience that leaves customers satisfied and engaged.

Data Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, manage conveyancing administration, and prepare forecasts and reports that identify risks and resolve issues proactively.

Legal & Compliance: Review legal documents, ensure they are prepared for authorisation, and stay up to date with the latest regulations.

Collaborate: Work with internal teams and external stakeholders, including conveyancing professionals, to ensure an integrated approach.

Grow & Develop: Participate in training to expand your skills and stay ahead of industry trends.

Your Attributes

You will have:

Knowledge of conveyancing, property appraisals, and part exchange processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM systems).

Experience in the property or conveyancing industry is a plus.
