A superb opportunity has become available for an Estate Agent Sales Progressor to join this well-respected Estate Agency in their Edgbaston branch. My clients are looking to support their sales team by bringing in a dedicated sales progressor to join them.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all sales progression across the business and ensuring that every sale, where possible, goes through to completion.

Estate Agent Sales Progressor – Benefits

  • A strong basic salary of up to £27,000
  • A generous commission and bonus structure that could easily reach £35,000

The successful Estate Agent Sales Progressor will ideally come from a similar role and have plenty of sales progression experience. You will be confident, articulate, and a natural problem solver with an assertive, can-do approach.

Within this role, the Estate Agent Sales Progressor will be responsible for:

  • Managing the end sales process, taking the property from offer accepted to exchange day
  • Liaising and building strong relationships with partner agents, mortgage brokers, and conveyancing partners
  • Responding to emails
  • Keeping in contact with clients, advising them throughout the conveyancing process
  • Gathering required documents to complete the sale
  • Planning and preventing potential hurdles where possible
  • Effectively and calmly problem solving
  • Responding to queries and arranging conference calls
  • Supporting the sales team with booking appointments and dealing with enquiries

As an Estate Agent Sales Progressor, you will have a natural ability to problem solve, think on your feet, and rapport-building skills are a must.
