Sales Professional (Luxury Retail)

Location: Belfast based

Salary: £25,800 + bonus

Contract: Permanent, Full-time (5 days, 37.5 hours per week)

MCS Group is delighted to be working with a leading luxury retail company based in Belfast, to recruit a Sales Professional to join their growing team and deliver an exceptional customer experience to clients and become a trusted brand ambassador for the company.

As a Sales Professional, you will be the face of the flagship store in Belfast. You\'ll immerse yourself in the luxury environment, becoming a trusted advisor to clients through exceptional service, brand expertise, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a brand ambassador, providing expert knowledge of luxury watches and jewellery.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, tailoring each interaction to individual needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, supported by the CRM system.
  • Stay up to date with the latest product launches, collections, and industry training.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, upholding company values and ethos.
  • Ensure displays and showroom presentation meet the highest standards.
  • Proactively suggest ways to improve the client experience and store operations.
