Purpose of the Role

The Retail Sales Consultant (Luxury Brand Ambassador) is responsible for delivering world-class customer service in our stores to achieve sales and service targets. They should be passionate and knowledgeable about Imperial Bamboo Bedding. We refer to our Sales Consultants as Luxury Brand Ambassadors to better reflect the level of excellence of our team members!

This role is full-time, working 5 days per week.

Day-to-Day Key Responsibilities

• Ensure you are well-informed about all Imperial Bamboo Bedding products and confidently communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
• Act as an ambassador for the brand and company.
• Achieve sales targets and provide high levels of customer service in line with the shopping center standards.
• Maintain a clean, well-merchandised environment on your counter, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
• Promptly carry out tasks set by your line manager, such as stock replenishment, unpacking deliveries, stock taking, recording sales figures, and supervising agency staff.
• Report sales figures weekly to the Sales & Education Manager.
• Record individual sales data daily.
• Open, maintain, and close your cash till according to store expectations.
• Report any stock loss or damage.
• Be aware of promotional activities.
