Job description

Sales & Procurement Administrator
5 days on-site, Spalding
c£27,500 - £30,000

About Our Client:
A well-known fresh produce company with great brands, strong marketing, and quality products. Growing fast and supplying wholesalers, foodservice, and retailers across the country.

The Role:
In this new role, you will support both the procurement and commercial teams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Manage stock control, procurement records, and costings
  2. Communicate packing plans and transport movements
  3. Process purchase orders, invoices, and grower payments
  4. Maintain grower contracts and pricing profiles
  5. Coordinate orders and deliveries with distribution partners
  6. Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies

Ideal Candidate:
  1. Previous experience in the same/similar role
  2. Excellent attention to detail, highly organised, and great communicator
  3. Must have a full driving license
  4. Experience with SAGE 2000 is an advantage
