Sales Preparation Co-ordinator - Audi Swindon

As a Sales Preparation Co-ordinator, you will work with the aftersales team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all vehicle preparation operations within the designated site. Working with the Sales team, you will offer a fantastic level of service to establish requirements and timescales on each vehicle, managing the process to quality control sign-off and eventually handing over to the sales department once complete.

What You’ll Do Day to Day
  • Monitor vehicle progress through preparation, ensuring quality standards are met and issues are resolved, keeping all parties updated
  • Conduct inspections and manage quality control procedures
  • Capture quality photographs of vehicles for online inventory
  • Maintain accurate records of all vehicles
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to complete repairs
  • Identify and resolve vehicle preparation issues to increase sales
  • Manage vehicle flow within the dealership
  • Build positive relationships with team members
  • Manage vehicle logistics, including documentation and damage recording
  • Control key management and vehicle security
  • Coordinate with logistics companies for efficient deliveries
