Job summary

Huws Gray Burnley branch is seeking a Sales Person to connect with customers, provide expert product advice, and help grow the branch. You'll work with colleagues across the team to deliver a great service in-store and by phone.

If you enjoy helping customers and have an interest in building materials, we’ll train you and support your growth. We welcome flexible working discussions and value friendly, customer-focused individuals who are keen to learn and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Sales experience or knowledge of building materials is a bonus.
• On-the-job training and support provided.

Whatyou’llbe doing:

Building connections- with customers in person, over the phone, and in thebranch oryard,providingexpert advice

Creating tailored solutions-preparing quotes, following up on enquiries, and developing leads

Keeping things running smoothly-managing essential admin efficiently

Offering guidance-with up-to-date product knowledge to help customers find the best materials

Enhancing the shopping experience-maintainingwell-stocked, inviting displays

Collaborating-acrossthe branch with your colleagues,including yard and counter sales, to support the team

Whatyou’llbring:
