Job Title – Sales Performance Manager at Manchester Airport

Job Location – Manchester Airport

Salary – £27k basic with a £40k OTE plus car

Our client has a new vacancy for a Performance Manager at Manchester airport in the car rental sector.

The Performance Manager role is to oversee the rental agents on the desk and along with them deliver targets on ancillary sales and net promoter score and to develop the skills of the team along with general management accountability.

In the role you will work 40 hours per week over 7 days, predominantly daytime shifts

  • 8am-4pm
  • 9am-5pm
  • 10am-6pm

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of rental sales agents to deliver five-star customer service.
  • Work closely with the Station Manager to achieve incremental sales RPD targets.
  • Maximise incremental sales through effective training, coaching and staff development.
  • Manage staff performance, through documented reviews and corrective actions.
  • Build an effective team through the promotion of a ‘Serviced Based Sales’ culture.
  • Support the Company’s culture of ‘Continuous Improvement’ through daily communication with staff through dedicated coaching and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure all administration is completed accurately according to operating procedures.
  • Ensure that the station consistently achieves KPIs.
