An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Sales Performance Coach to drive excellence in car rental operations across London and surrounding areas. This hybrid role involves coaching and training staff to enhance their sales skills and performance while closely monitoring results at various rental stations. You will play a crucial role in setting goals, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering a positive team environment. Role: Sales Performance Coach – Covering Anglia, London, Luton & Stansted Airport
Salary: £36k basic with a £53k OTE plus Car
Hours and Location: The role is 40hrs per week and hybrid but you will be a required to visit car rental stations within your geographical area.
As the Sales Performance Coach you will be monitoring car rental results by station, counter agent, product, and business segment.
In the role you will be coaching/training all members of car rental station staff and offer 1to1 to develop coaching skills and sales content knowledge.
They need you to identify the opportunities and the actions by agents, define weekly forecast, daily game plan and blueprint review.
