Job Title: MSP Partner Development Manager

Location: Ashburton, Devon (hybrid one/two days in the office) will consider fully remote for the right candidate

Salary: Basic £28k with commission OTE £38k

Overview

The MSP Partner Development Manager is a key contributor to fostering strong relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and driving strategic growth within the technology landscape. This role involves effectively conveying the company's value proposition to MSPs, onboarding new partners, and increasing sales. Exceptional relationship-building skills, industry knowledge, and strategic thinking are essential. The role acts as a bridge between MSP partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and supporting a dynamic, inclusive, and innovative company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Growth & Partner Engagement: Identify and engage potential MSP partners through targeted outreach and onboard them into our ecosystem.
  2. Partner Relationship Building & Maintenance: Establish trust-based relationships, aligning goals with partner and company priorities.
  3. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the MSP ecosystem and promote solution adoption.
  4. Revenue Growth: Pursue opportunities to grow revenue by promoting MSP solutions and leveraging market trends.
  5. Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and technical teams to create impactful joint initiatives.
  6. Industry Insight: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends and identify growth opportunities.
  7. Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  8. Training and Enablement: Deliver training programs to ensure MSP partners are well-equipped for success.
