As they scale up to meet growing demand, they’re searching for a driven Sales & Outreach Executive ready to own the outbound strategy. About the Role:
This is not a passive, waiting-for-leads kind of job. You’ll be in the driver's seat, owning outbound sales across email, LinkedIn, and phone. You’ll work closely with marketing to sharpen outreach, qualify and convert leads, and help refine the entire sales playbook. Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and sales automation tools
  • Follow up with warm leads from marketing and convert them into closed clients
  • Manage full sales cycle: from discovery to objection handling to closing
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and clear pipeline reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, messaging, and ICP refinement
  • Confidently present Company's value to holding companies, SPVs, crypto firms, and financial service providers

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales or SDR/BDR experience (fintech, SaaS, or financial services ideal)
  • Proven cold outreach experience — you know how to generate leads, not wait for them
  • Excellent written English — especially for email and LinkedIn messaging
  • Experience with tools like Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Confidence in speaking with CFOs, directors, and legal/compliance teams
  • Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Bonus: Knowledge of global payments, banking, or corporate structures
