Job Description:
  1. Receive and review new design specifications from customers
  2. Set up customised orders and customer requirements on internal systems

  4. Prepare and dispatch samples to customers and update records accordingly
  5. Ensure approved designs are recorded correctly and product codes are set up accurately
  6. Maintain accurate design information and update internal plans
  7. Work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners
  8. Provide general administrative and planning support where required
Person Specification:

  2. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  3. Proficient IT skills including Excel and/or Google Sheets (essential)
  4. Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and working to tight schedules
  5. Clear communicator with first-class customer service skills
  6. Exposure to fashion, textiles, print, or marketing product environments (desirable)
  7. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Wilcom Embroidery Studio (desirable but not essential)
