Summary

Job title: Sales Order Processing Specialist (f/m/d)

Short description: We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Order Processing Specialist (f/m/d) to join our team in Telford. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete order lifecycle – from receipt and entry into our CRM/ERP systems to monitoring deliveries and ensuring compliance with export regulations.

The ideal candidate brings experience in order administration, strong communication skills, and enjoys working with different systems to provide a smooth and reliable customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Order Receipt: Taking care of orders under your responsibility using a CRM Tool (Salesforce)
• Order Processing:
  • Entering orders into the ERP system
  • Verifying items availability
  • Sending order confirmation to customers
  • Issuing purchase orders when needed
  • Creating invoices and tracking payments
• Order Monitoring: Delivery dates and coordination deliveries
• Communication: Inform internal and external customers in case of issues
• Compliance: In case of export from EU or UK: order screening in accordance with compliance rules (training will be provided)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in order processing
• Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Basic knowledge of dual use procedures (training will be provided)
• Strong customer focus, self-organisation, and ability to work confidently with different systems
• Effective communication skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
