We’re working with a fast-paced, growing business in a niche and exciting sector that’s looking for an experienced and organised professional to take ownership of order fulfilment and customer coordination. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full order process from start to finish – ensuring accuracy, liaising with internal teams across sales, logistics, and finance, and acting as the key point of contact for customers on their orders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end order processing function with precision and efficiency
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment and timely dispatch
  • Input and validate customer orders, checking pricing, quantities, and product information
  • Keep customers updated on order progress, handling any queries or changes professionally
  • Process amendments, cancellations, and returns according to internal processes
  • Maintain accurate records for audit and reporting purposes
  • Support the sales team with any order-related queries or discrepancies
  • Spot and suggest improvements to processes that could enhance customer experience or internal efficiency
  • Deliver excellent service at every touchpoint, ensuring customers feel valued and informed
