Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full order process from receipt to delivery.

  • Raise proforma invoices and arrange payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders.
  • Support logistics in efficient deliveries.
  • Assist accounts team with PODs and stock notifications.
  • Update CRM system with order progress.
  • Manage supplier records and ensure checks.
  • Create and send CPD certificates.
  • Assist sales with quotations.
  • Handle product information and literature.
  • Monitor and order office stationery.
  • Answer calls and provide general support.
  • Contribute ideas to grow the business.

Sales Order Coordinator

If you are organised and proactive, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and supporting a dynamic team, this role would give you the opportunity to be a key part of operations. Our client is a leading provider in sustainable erosion control and environmental solutions and working across departments, you will ensure smooth order processing, effective communication, and excellent service delivery.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Overseeing the full order process, from receipt to delivery and invoicing
  • Communicating delivery schedules with customers and keeping them updated
  • Raising proforma invoices and arranging payments via WorldPay
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring orders are correctly filed
  • Supporting logistics and ensuring deliveries are coordinated efficiently
  • Assisting the accounts team with PODs and stock notifications
  • Updating our CRM system with order progress
  • Managing supplier records and ensuring checks are completed
  • Creating and sending CPD certificates for seminar attendees
  • Assisting sales with quotations and providing back-up when the team is out of office
  • Sending out product information, samples, literature, and handling post
  • Monitoring and ordering office stationery
  • Answering calls and providing general office support
  • Contributing ideas and initiatives to help grow our business

Our client is going to be based on the outskirts of Malvern but currently they are based in Evesham and so it will be necessary to commute until the final office move (hopefully Sept / Oct)
