Sales Operations Support executives play a critical role within our sales organization. They are vital to Sales teams and have a material impact on their efficiency and success.

About Role:

The Sales Operations Support Executive acts as the bridge between sales and the rest of the organization, ensuring smooth transactions and providing an excellent customer experience both internally and externally. This role focuses on maximizing revenue opportunities and optimizing selling time. The team's responsibilities range from general tasks to those requiring strategic and analytical expertise.

Responsibilities:

Project Management & Process Improvement

  • Enhance and simplify sales processes for better efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Sales) to improve workflows and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate customer data in partnership with CRM and Data teams.
  • Train users on CRM tools and promote best practices.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to Sales and Finance teams.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Use data to identify trends and support revenue forecasting.
  • Maintain visibility into the sales pipeline and performance metrics.
  • Create and share regular reports to support decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.

Sales Support & Problem Solving

  • Support sales teams with opportunity management and documentation.
  • Assist with complex deals and ensure correct deal structures.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management to reduce customer risk.
  • Offer strategic insights to sales leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with sales leaders and team members.
  • Lead readiness efforts for new tools and processes.
  • Contribute to strategic projects that improve business efficiency.
  • Document and share process improvements clearly and accessibly.
