Business Development Executive / Sales Operations

About the Role

Are you an ambitious, commercially driven professional with a passion for technology and client engagement?

TQ IMA is a fast-growing consultancy focused on enterprise transformation through the ServiceNow platform. We’re looking for a Business Development Executive / Sales Operations specialist to drive our new business activity and scale our client acquisition efforts.

In this role, you’ll be at the front line of our growth—identifying new prospects, engaging potential clients, and helping open new accounts. You’ll run outreach campaigns, qualify leads, and support our leadership team in developing strategic relationships. This role blends sales execution with operational excellence and offers a fast-track opportunity to grow in enterprise tech consulting.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Outreach – Proactively engage prospects via LinkedIn, email, and phone to initiate conversations and set up discovery calls.

Lead Generation & Campaign Execution – Design and run outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads across key verticals.

Client Engagement – Handle early-stage sales conversations, coordinate follow-ups, and support senior team members in nurturing opportunities.

CRM Management – Maintain and update our sales pipeline in HubSpot/Salesforce, ensuring accurate reporting and lead tracking.

Prospecting & Research – Identify and profile target companies and decision-makers within the ServiceNow ecosystem and broader enterprise market.

Event & Networking Support – Represent TQ IMA at relevant industry events, collecting and converting leads into active conversations.

Sales Enablement – Prepare client-facing materials, coordinate meeting logistics, and streamline the sales process across touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a proactive communicator with a commercial mindset and the confidence to initiate conversations. You enjoy the chase of winning new business and bring the structure to manage your outreach efficiently. This is a great role for someone who wants to develop into a full-cycle enterprise sales or client management role.

  • Business Development Focused – Comfortable initiating contact and pitching solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Organised & Target-Driven – Able to manage multiple campaigns and outreach cycles with precision.
  • Strong Communicator – Confident on the phone, clear in writing, and persuasive in your messaging.
  • Tech-Savvy – Familiar with CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools.
  • Commercially Astute – Understands the value drivers for clients and how to position services effectively.
  • Team-Oriented – Works collaboratively with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–5 years in business development, client outreach, or commercial sales support
  • Prior experience in consulting, SaaS, or enterprise tech sectors preferred
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting or lead generation roles
  • Comfortable managing CRM systems and researching target accounts
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow is a plus
