Join Our Leadership Team as a Sales Operations Manager - UK
ABOUT THE ROLE

We are excited to be hiring for the position of Sales Operations Manager UK. In this role, you will drive and support the overall commercial agenda by collaborating with local stakeholders as well as business partners across Europe, provide actionable insights and maximize efficiencies within CRM as part of STG’s ambitious growth goals. Reporting to the Sales Ops Director Europe, you'll shape sales efficiency, fostering excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
  • Drive sales efficiency through strategic planning, KPI and bonus structure design, territory and journey management, and alignment of Field Sales with Key Account initiatives
  • Support Route to Market (RTM) innovation by aligning supply forecasting, and ensuring RTM readiness for new NGP customers
  • Lead local data and insights strategy, including data provider management, PowerBI reporting, and delivering actionable insights across departments
  • Own and optimize UK CRM performance (Salesforce), ensuring system reliability, user confidence, and alignment with sales cycle and business objectives
  • Manage, support and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between local teams, head office, and external stakeholders
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team by aligning on objectives, mentoring based on experience and fostering team unity
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's (Master's preferred)
  • +5 years in a commercial FMCG function, 3 years in leadership
  • Strong Analytical, strategic, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate, lead, and deliver results in a dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of project management and translating insights into commercial actions
  • Experience in working with Salesforce (CRM), Power BI (Insights) and SAP (ERP) is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Drive the change, think strategic and challenge the status quo
  • Occasional international travel (3-5 times a year) is required
