Role Overview
We seek a highly motivated EMEA Sales Ops Manager to support our GTM functions, reporting to the EMEA Ops Director. This role involves strategic, technological, and data-driven initiatives to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness, requiring collaboration across teams to drive growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual GTM strategies, including territory design and quota setting.
- Lead weekly ARR forecasting with sales leadership, ensuring accuracy and adoption.
- Optimize SaaS tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, DemandBase, Gong, and Bombora.
- Design and execute multi-touch campaigns in Outreach, collaborating with Sales & Marketing.
- Advocate for and implement improvements to variable compensation plans.
- Co-develop and manage SPIFFs for the EMEA region with Sales & Strategy teams.
- Lead pipeline generation activities, analyzing funnel metrics and attribution.
- Promote MEDDIC sales methodology and pipeline hygiene standards.
- Support sales reporting and analytics needs in partnership with Business Analytics.
- Implement scalable processes to improve efficiency, data integrity, and reporting infrastructure.
- Collaborate with global GTM Operations teams, including M.Ops, CS.Ops, and others.
- Leverage AI to improve GTM operations and business performance.
- Lead CRM enrichment initiatives to enhance prospecting efforts.
Candidate Profile
- Approximately 3-5 years in a RevOps or similar role supporting Marketing, Lead Generation, & Sales teams.
- Strong understanding of SaaS operations, including both seat and consumption models.
- Experience with pipeline management, sales forecasting, and metrics analysis.
- High adaptability in dynamic environments with an innovative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills for influencing and clarity.
- Proficiency in SFDC, Excel, and Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to develop and present investment proposals to executives.
- Hands-on experience supporting front-line sales and marketing teams.
- Experience in campaign and marketing operations is a plus.
