Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Sales Operations Manager in Hayes, Middlesex to own and optimise the sales pipeline for a market-leading UK manufacturer.

You will research new business, manage the pipeline, and collaborate with the Business Development team to drive growth. Maintain Salesforce records, analyse market trends and produce forecasts to support revenue plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations within transport, construction, or public sector.
• Proficient in data analysis and CRM management, Salesforce preferred.
• Proven ability to research and develop a robust sales pipeline.
• On-site role with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Are you a Sales Operations professional, from a Transport, Construction, or public sector sales background, looking to join a market leading UK manufacturer where you can take ownership of the sales pipeline and support long term growth?

Due to continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a high-calibre Sales Operations Manager to support their ambitious growth plans.

In this varied role, you will research and identify new business opportunities, manage and develop the sales pipeline, and work closely with the Business Development team to assess and track potential opportunities. You will also maintain accurate Salesforce records, analyse market trends, and produce reports and forecasts to support future sales growth.
