• Providing extensive administrative and customer service support in a busy Operations Department.
• Answering incoming telephone calls from clients, establishing their requirements and recommending suitable products.
• Inputting client orders onto the computer system and tracking progress through to successful delivery.
• Liaising with external delivery contractors and arranging deliveries in the UK and overseas.
• Conducting research into potential new clients and sending out sales and marketing literature.
• Maintaining computerised client database records and updating information held on a daily basis.
