🧭 Strategy & Leadership
  • Drive and own the structure and performance of the full sales cycle
  • Develop and implement scalable systems for outreach, lead management, and pipeline tracking
  • Translate business goals into clear sales processes and metrics
  • Lead the sales team through goal setting, daily standups, retros, and 1:1s
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and delivery to ensure alignment and consistency
⚙️ Execution & Management
  • Manage outreach strategy — both cold and warm — and constantly iterate on what works
  • Own and evolve CRM architecture, workflows, and dashboards
  • Conduct performance analysis and regular reviews to keep the team on track
  • Organize and lead all Delivery Calls with clients and internal teams
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance coaching of sales reps
  • Ensure clear documentation of all sales processes and playbooks
📊 Analytics & Optimization
  • Analyze data and create insights that drive better decision-making
  • Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and solve them with actionable initiatives
  • Sync regularly with marketing to align outreach quality with campaign insights
  • Maintain a clear feedback loop between sales and delivery teams
✅ Requirements
  • 5+ years in sales management, sales operations, or a performance-driven sales leadership role
  • Proven ability to build structured processes and manage sales performance at scale
  • Strong understanding of outbound strategies and outreach funnels (cold, warm, hot)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills — you know how to rally a team
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS or tech-driven companies
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher — for client communication and team coordination

  • Experience working in Web3, SaaS, or Fintech
  • Strong background in CRM (HubSpot) and analytics tools
  • Previous success building or scaling a remote sales team
