A global aerospace leader is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to provide vital sales support for the Campaign Team. You will manage the sales forecast and engage with stakeholders while facilitating Business Winning Reviews. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the EW sales team. The role of a Sales Operations Lead is to provide Sales support for the Campaign Team to identify and win new business. You will be responsible for providing sales support to the EW Campaign team as well as sales management and the wider organisation.
We are looking for a good communicator with the ability to undertake a number of varying tasks utilising existing Leonardo tools as well as a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
The role holder will be responsible for managing the sales forecast for the EW product and service portfolio. This will require considerable engagement with the campaign team and the wider organisation. Therefore, the role holder must be an excellent communicator, adaptable to changing priorities and have the ability to work to deadlines.
The role will require indirect leadership skill qualities when dealing with internal stakeholders and supporting Integrated Campaign Teams (ICT).
The successful candidate will be required to facilitate Business Winning Reviews in order to secure pursuit, bid and resourcing approvals. They will monitor the Proposals budget and provide analysis for the Campaign and Capture Teams.
