Overview

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As Jaeger-LeCoultre Sales Operations Executive, you will play a key role supporting the daily operations of the UK market, with internal and external stakeholders (Retail & wholesale channels). You will ensure the best possible end-client experiences by leveraging all available services and maintaining Jaeger-LeCoultre reputation and image within our network.

This position reports to the Head of Commercial and works closely with Jaeger-LeCoultre UK and HQ management.

Key responsibilities
  • Sales Operations (50%)
    • Stock management and product allocation
    • Monitor sales to pro-actively replenish stock daily
    • Propose stock allocation between boutique and retailers based on recommended assortment
    • Accurately manage and dispatch orders in SAP; manage relationships with relevant stakeholders
    • Monitor stock transfers; manage stock consignment, carnet and goods returns
    • Handle enquiries (prices, availability, deliveries, complaints, etc.) professionally and efficiently
    • Handle requests for products (straps, archive extracts, repairs, spare parts)
    • Coordinate with Geneva/European teams on product requests and availability
    • Support boutique teams operations—from system coordination to event support
  • Retailers’ requests and system management
    • Address CS/straps enquiries professionally and timely
    • Assist with printing and preparing new sales materials
    • Develop and maintain good relationships with retailers at store and head office levels
    • Manage orders and organize warranty cards/boxes
    • Organise stock takes twice a year
    • Maintain and update retailers information
    • Manage assortment levels via the provided Richemont system (Booster)
    • Assist with warranty activation
  • SAP and Booster Key Users (20%)
    • Be the key user for SAP and Booster systems to ensure proper tool functioning
    • Ensure business processes are understood and executed; test SAP new releases; MDG workflow requester
    • Follow and implement Booster projects (automatic replenishment, warranty cards, orders, etc.)
    • Execute business transformation projects (e-commerce, match assortment, etc.)
  • New Retail Specialist (25%)
    • Master tools and align with HQ for operations/guidelines
    • Act as the key user between Richemont x Jaeger-LeCoultre Switzerland and UK
    • Set training plan and materials for all boutiques (travelling across UK & Ireland)
    • Be aware of tools shared by Wholesale & Retail networks to optimize their utilization
    • Projects include: Extend, CFS, Financing, Pay-by-Link, Watchfinder, Powerfront chats, E-Appointments, Boutiques tools (engraving machines, diagnostic tools)
  • Relationship Management (5%)
    • Be a team player and business enabler for both Retail and Wholesale networks
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Participate in Boutique events and International fairs
How will you experience success with us?
  • Fluency in English (French is a plus)
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate with strong knowledge of SAP and Excel; proficient in Word and PowerPoint
  • Passionate, proactive, enthusiastic, and agile learner
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
