Job description

Job title: Sales Operations Executive

Intro:

Premier Inn’s Direct & Indirect sales teams are responsible for driving £500m annual net revenue (via our Business Booker platform, TMCs and OTAs). The Sales Operations team is responsible for enabling our Sales Teams to drive revenue growth through a strong pipeline of sales leads, as well as providing reporting and insight into the sales funnel. This role is responsible for the data collection process for all our corporate B2B customers, maintaining and governing internal records, managing the sales lead upload process into Dynamics 365 and providing reporting and insight to the sales teams.

Salary: £30,000 - £32,550 DOE

Location: Chiswell Court, Dunstable, LU5 5XE. We offer flexible working and require you to be in the office at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do:

  • Accurately input data into the company's database systems from various sources, ensuring completeness and correctness.
  • Regularly verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency, correcting any discrepancies found.
  • Continuously update and maintain data records to reflect the most current information.
  • Perform data cleaning tasks to remove duplicate entries, correct errors, and update outdated information.
  • Being responsible for the Mastering app being up to date capturing company alias’s.
  • Support UK and Germany with producing reports and data summarising key insights.

What we need:

  • Experience in using Dynamics 365.
  • Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
  • Highly numerate, ability to quickly draw conclusions from data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to clean and manipulate data, summarise key insights, and present data in a clear, actionable format.
