Job Description
Job Purpose: Provide dedicated support to the Sales team, proactively and reactively managing client interactions with leading UK IFAs, Platforms, and Third Party product providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and complete management information (MI) tasks.
- Perform general administrative duties on the CRM.
- Generate tables, charts, graphs, and comparison reports for IFAs and the sales team (daily & monthly).
- Collaborate with key operational departments (Marketing, Client Data, Finance, Middle Office, CFS) to ensure IST obligations are met within Service Level Agreements.
- Assist Business Development Managers in managing IFA relationships through verbal and written communication.
- Maintain and regularly update policy/procedure documents for Sales, ensuring approval by the Head of Sales Operations (HoSO).
- Handle general administrative ad hoc duties as required.
- Oversee team inboxes, addressing queries, enquiries, and general administration.
- Support the Sales Management team and Sales Managers with ad hoc requests.
- Undertake project work driven by business requirements.
- Assist the Head of Sales Operations in improving sales processes.
- Complete terms of business renewal checklists across Charles Stanley.
- Manage the novation process, ensuring completion and confirmation to IFAs.
- Update CRM as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- GCSE or equivalent level education, including Maths and English.
- Industry-recognised qualification (e.g., Investment Operations Certificate, Investment Advice Diploma) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with financial/professional service organisations is beneficial.
- Experience working at various organisational levels.
- Experience in project teams.
Knowledge and Skills:
