Job Description:

Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma helps entire product teams design and build better products — from start to finish. Whether it’s consolidating tools, simplifying workflows, or collaborating across teams and time zones, Figma makes the design process faster, more efficient, and fun while keeping everyone on the same page. From great products to long-lasting companies, we believe that nothing great is made alone—come with us!

We are looking for an experienced sales operations specialist to support our growing sales team. You’ll serve as the regional sales operations business partner for EMEA Sales by driving strategy, direction, and management of sales data integrity. This role is critical to enabling Figma to scale global revenue across our self-service engine and assisted sales motions.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our London hubs.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Prepare, provide, and support operational, strategic, and tactical reporting as required by business stakeholders
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting sales performance, market dynamics, and opportunities for growth
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Build visualization dashboards and reports to accelerate information-to-action at scale
  • Focus efforts related to operational efficiency, execution of planning, sales systems support, case approval management, and data management and reporting

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Minimum 2+ years sales operations experience, preferably in a fast-growing environment
  • Strong understanding of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards
  • Interest in design
  • Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude
  • In-depth experience using Salesforce
  • Comfortable building high-quality and complex spreadsheets, models, and presentations
  • A collaborative working style, with experience working across the company with teams of varied sizes to achieve common goals

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience in a PLG SaaS company
  • Experience with other sales productivity and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Figma is committed to diversity and equal employment opportunities. We celebrate and support our differences, knowing that a diverse team enriches our product and community. We consider qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity/expression, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. We also provide reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities throughout the application and employment process. If you require accommodation, please contact us.
